The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Management have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be popular with young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, they were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory standards or laws exist to modify health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label particularly stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports take in or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavours were added following the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to come to be misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the product, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They might probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the output of e-liquids. Suppliers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is certainly not.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, several which had an array of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire oral cavity of the disposable system was filled up with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients record for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and another products was that this product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Cool Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece gently on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Right away, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My second puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly but surely while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a slight pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a sweet and tangy taste with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, supplying me all of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without having to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
